9 Days till Christmas: Chocolate and Cranberry Log


I think I'm still in shock that I actually made this! I watched Lorraine Pascale make a swiss roll on her baking made easy programme a while ago and thought, you must be joking that looks crazy hard! I take that back though having had a go, it was surprisingly simple - it really does roll quite easily. I followed this recipe, I think it might be my favourite handmade Christmas item so far!

Lorraine Pascal is brilliant, I love her recipes, they are always a little bit naughty though! Your roll turned out great, the filling looks so even - good job!
