Knitted Textile Awards

Some of my planes, and my ducks, are currently being shown as part of the UKHKA Knitted Textile Awards. I was lucky enough to be selected which was all very exciting and just got back from the private view. I'm really pleased with how it was hung, which was suggested by the organisers and installed by matthew (who is superawesome!) as I was at work when it had to go up yesterday! It's been exhibited at the Knitting and Stitching Show, London, from now until Sunday! Can't believe how quickly it came about it! I kept meaning to update about it prior to it happening, but obviously that didn't happen! I had a brief look about at the rest of the show today, looks like lots of tempting yarn about and there is some really wonderful work on display!

OOh I like the change of seeing some of your planes 'flying'- very nice. And it was nice to see your pink and green plane at here and now.
